The staff is friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service. the location is fantastic, just a short distance from New York City, making it easy to access the train to the city center. Plus, there are many shopping areas within walking distance. the food is delicious, with a great variety of options available.

Well-run accommodation with excellent staff with the front desk clerk in English. Convenient, unbeatable location in Flushing district short walk to main bus station. Also, in the flushing area.

The rooms were reasonably large, with private bathroom. The hotel was in the best possible location so close to Close to airport, inexpensive restaurants and Chinatown.

Location: the hotel was so close to Flushing Chinatown and the commercial areas walking distance and food places and restaurants and city centre. I had coffee at Presso Coffee, located within 5 minutes walk.

Given wrong information about phone call rates, was charged double what was quoted. All staff was great except the lady we got whilst checking out. Had no idea what she was doing, and did not know the computer system well! Took 25 mins for her to check us out.

The service here is excellent, parking is convenient, the staff is helpful, the room is newly furnished and comfortable with two double beds, and they provide coffee and tea.

The parking was horrible you have to pay for parking even though u are staying at the hotel...by far the worst i have ever been through with parking. The desk clerk was very rude and un willing to help when we were chaged again for parking when we shouldnt have been
